Who we are
Voxhue is operated by NobleBlocks LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1603 Capitol Ave Ste 415 #248597, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. NobleBlocks LLC is the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at info@voxhue.com.
Voxhue is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, display name and an age band (not a date of birth) when you sign up with email. Your password is stored only as a salted hash. If you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name and email address and nothing else.
- What you say — audio you record for coaching, and the text of conversations you have with the AI practice partner.
- Coaching output — transcripts, scores, reports and rewritten sentences generated from what you said.
- What you tell us in onboarding — the goal you pick, your interests, and optionally your gender. Used to choose which practice material you are shown.
- Technical data — IP address, approximate country or city derived from it, device and browser type, and timestamps. Used for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- Payment status — whether your subscription is active, and the identifiers our payment provider gives us. We never see or store your card number.
- Optional — a profile photo and a recorded voice introduction, if you choose to add them for the practice-partner directory.
We do not collect contacts, precise GPS location, health data, or advertising identifiers, and Voxhue contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Your audio
Audio you record is transcribed and analysed to produce your coaching report, and is not retained after the analysis completes. The transcript and the report are kept only if you are signed in, so that your history works. Voice messages sent to a practice partner, and any voice introduction you record, are stored until they expire or you delete them.
Who processes your data
To run Voxhue we rely on a small number of specialist service providers, who act on our instructions and may only use your information to perform the service we have engaged them for. They fall into these categories:
- Speech processing — converting your speech to text, and generating the practice partner’s voice
- AI analysis — producing the practice conversation, your coaching report and rewritten sentences
- Payments — taking subscription payments (your card details go directly to the payment provider; we never receive them)
- Sign-in and notifications — optional sign-in with Google or Apple, and push notifications if you turn them on
- Hosting and infrastructure — running the service and storing your account
Each provider is engaged under a written contract that limits them to processing your information on our instructions. Our choice of providers changes from time to time as we improve the service. If you hold a Voxhue account and want details of how your own information has been handled, email us from your account address and we will respond.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use your speech, your transcripts or your text to train AI models, and our providers are not permitted to use your content to train theirs.
Where your data is held
Voxhue is hosted in the United States and the providers above process data in the United States. If you use Voxhue from outside the US, your information is transferred there. Where required, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for those transfers.
Consent and recording
Only record yourself, or a conversation where everyone involved has agreed. Some places require the consent of every participant by law. Conversations between matched practice partners inside Voxhue are consented by design — both people agree when they match, and each person is only ever coached on their own speech, never shown the other’s report or audio.
How long we keep it
- Audio submitted for coaching — deleted once the analysis completes
- Transcripts, reports and rewrites — until you delete them or close your account
- Voice messages between practice partners — a limited period, after which they expire automatically
- Security and abuse-prevention records — only as long as needed for that purpose
- Records we must keep for tax or accounting — as long as the law requires
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time: Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or on the web at voxhue.com/settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your reports, transcripts, rewrites, messages and profile are removed, and it cannot be undone. If you would rather we did it for you, email info@voxhue.com from your account address and we will action it within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect and to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights — and, as above, we do not sell or share your personal information. If you are in the UK, EU or Switzerland, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Exercise any of these by emailing info@voxhue.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are salted and hashed, never stored in plain text. Access to production systems is restricted to the operator of the service. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and for anything material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
