Terms of service
Last updated: 28 July 2026
1. Who you are agreeing with
Voxhue is operated by NobleBlocks LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1603 Capitol Ave Ste 415 #248597, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Voxhue you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. You must be 18
Voxhue is for adults aged 18 and over. You confirm you are 18 or older when you create an account. We close accounts we believe belong to anyone younger.
3. The service
Voxhue lets you rehearse conversations out loud and returns coaching on how you came across — your delivery, pacing, clarity and confidence — along with a practice conversation partner and optional features for practising with other people.
Coaching is generated automatically and is not professional advice. It is not speech therapy, medical advice, mental-health treatment, legal advice, career advice or negotiation advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Scores and verdicts are an opinion produced by software, not a measurement of your ability or your worth. Decisions you take after using Voxhue are your own.
We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may change how the service works, as the product develops.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under it. Tell us promptly at info@voxhue.com if you think someone else has access.
You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time from Settings → Account in the app or on the web. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
5. Recording and consent
Only record yourself, or a conversation where every participant has agreed. Some jurisdictions require the consent of all parties by law, and complying with the law where you are is your responsibility. Conversations between matched practice partners inside Voxhue are consented by both people when they match, and each person is only coached on their own speech.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Record anyone without their knowledge and consent
- Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes anyone’s rights
- Harass, threaten, impersonate or harm another user
- Use the service to generate content intended to deceive or manipulate someone
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts or content library
- Interfere with the service, bypass rate limits, or create multiple accounts to evade usage limits or a ban
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, without notice where the breach is serious.
7. Your content, and ours
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you — transcribing it, analysing it, and generating your coaching. We do not use your speech, transcripts or text to train AI models. Audio submitted for coaching is deleted once analysis completes; your transcripts and reports stay in your history until you remove them.
Everything else — the software, the practice library, the scripts, scenarios, prompts, scoring, branding and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it inside the service and nowhere else. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.
8. Practising with other people
If you opt into the practice-partner directory, other users can find and contact you inside the service. You can turn discovery off at any time in settings, and you can block or report anyone. We are not responsible for what other users say or do, though we act on reports.
9. Payments
Voxhue has a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. Cancel any time — access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund part-periods except where the law requires it. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects a renewal.
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google under their terms, and must be cancelled and refunded through them. Deleting your Voxhue account does not cancel a subscription bought that way.
10. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any coaching, score or verdict is accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, income or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of sections 10 and 11 may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Ending it
You may stop using Voxhue and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service. Sections 7, 10, 11 and 13 survive.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, that right is unaffected.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Voxhue after that means you accept the update.
